    Hey Elaine!

I’m in Spain and near a beach. Maybe you’re close to Valencia-Alicante …

It would be awesome to meet you again (last time was during AppElite event at San Diego). I know best places to have fun!

    Dear Elaine,

I am kindly asking for your support.

I want to create simple educational apps and indie type games for free. I have the capital, I have the ideas and I am feeling very philanthropic.

I would like to build a mobile app dev team (iOS, later Android) to make my ideas come to live.

I will list a few concerning questions arising regarding this matter, if you could, please, share your opinion and give a wider perspective on things.

    1. I am looking forward to building a team that can code, design, test and release the apps. Approximately, what type of employees are necessary (product management, UI/UX, engineers, quality assurance, release management) and how many of each do I optimally need to give a sound shot for launching simple, educational and indie game type apps for iOS?

    2. Would opening a company and hiring the required people would be too big of a risk initially? Would launching a game or two prior making an official dev company be the better choice?

In the long term I want to have a solid team generating and developing ideas together, working for ourselves.

I believe to make things go as legitimate and official as possible I would need to make hiring contracts, open up a company and so on.

In Short Words: I have great iOS app ideas, I have capital (I am thrifty), and I want to assemble a small team working as one unity towards developing educational and indie type game apps.

I would be forever thankful if you could share your professional insight into this matter.

    Kind regards,

Where can I chat with an app developer to discuss ideas for an app?

Hi, my name is Matthew Rohr. I heard your interview with Spencer a couple years ago. I was already a web developer, but your success inspired me to jump into the app development world! So in my spare time I have created numerous iOS and Android apps. For the past year though I have focused solely only in the Android world.

I wanted to send this in an official email, but your contact page said this was the best way to get ahold of you.

Long story short, I created a new software program, the App Market Analyzer.

I am looking for testimonials, link backs or mentions in a post. I am trying to get my foot in the door in this industry and anything helps. If you’re interested, please let me know! For your efforts, I’ll send you a free license key for the pro edition, which you can keep as long as you would like.

I also have an affiliate system. You can earn 20% commissions. I can also create a special discount coupons tied to your affiliate membership.

What is the App Market Analyzer?
The App Market Analyzer has been built from the ground up with tools that specialize in app trending metric analysis, optimizing ASO (app store optimization), and performing general app keyword research.

    Who is it for?
This tool can be used by android app developers, marketers and publishers. It is primarily geared toward the Google Play market place.

Android currently has a 52.6% market share, which leaves the question, why is there such a vacuum of good analysis tools for Google Play? This is part of the frustration of being an app publisher for Android devices. As both a developer and marketer, I was beyond frustrated with the current app marketing tools, especially for Google Play. Most services focus only on the iOS App Store and leave Google Play as an afterthought. I saw a void and filled it.

App Market Analyzer’s major features include:
    -Google Play App Market Analysis
-Trending Analyzer – Powerful Tools to View Positional Trends
-App Insights – Improve ASO or Monitor an App’s Market Performance
-Keyword Research – Find a Keywords Supply, Demand, Competitiveness and ROI
-Favorites – Save All Your Favorite Keywords & Apps
-Review Comment Analysis, App $ Worth, App Keyword Ranking & More!

Thank you for your time, please feel free to forward this to anyone you know who would be interested.

    Best regards,

    Matthew Rohr
