I booted up oDesk on my laptop this morning. To my surprise this is what greeted me while browsing profiles of potential contractors…
An unexpected surprise for sure! I’d recommend as always though:
– Not paying anything up front
– Setting up milestone payments for your app, so you only pay out when you actually get work done
– Always getting a new hire to work on a small project first, never something expensive
– Fixed price only
But still this might make it a little easier for those starting off, who run into trouble with wayward app contractors. Good job oDesk!
